Valentines Day Breakfast Idea

If you ever plan to purchase a waffle maker - may I suggest this one - we have loved and used this heart waffle maker for birthdays, Valentines Day, Christmas (reindeer faces can be made with a heart), and any day we feel like the kids could use some extra LOVE.

I have a slight obsession with mini waffle makers and own singles for almost every holiday. However, I love that this one has 4 mini hearts. I can get much more done in less time - which is very helpful in a household of hungry boys.

Not only can you do waffles - but cinnamon rolls, pretzels, hash browns, eggs! So many possibilities!

These Valentines Day heart eggs are so easy to prep on Sunday and warm up all week long! The kids can customize what they like inside of them too. I love getting my boys involved in the cooking process because they are more likely to be excited to eat it.

If you have picky eaters - crack a full egg into the heart and viola - a fried egg - cooked to order.

An item of note - be sure not to overfill each waffle with your egg mixture as you will be adding toppings - you don't want it to overflow!
