Letter Charcuterie

My 7 year old is the ultimate charcuterie master. He is always by my side when selecting items for each holiday theme. Therefore it made perfect sense to have a birthday themed charcuterie for little man.

We knew the WHAT - all his favorite things which he promptly picked from our pantry shelves and what we didn't have he thoughtfully helped me write a grocery list with instructions to not forget anything.

But HOW? I remembered I had seen snack trays inside numbers and letters for occasions and thought this would fit the birthday charcuterie idea perfectly.

I thought it would be the most random conglomeration of food and was unsure of how it would turn out but the end result was utter perfection! Chef's kiss! And birthday boy - his smile says it all.
