Ingredients

Instant chocolate pudding mix

Irish creme coffee creamer

Milk

Crushed mint Oreos

Homemade whipping cream


Make chocolate pudding according to package directions, using 1/2 milk and 1/2 Irish creme coffee creamer. Pour into dessert dishes and let set in the refrigerator. Crush Oreos and make cream. Once pudding is set, top with Oreos, whipping cream and sprinkles if desired.
