DIY Super Bowl Trophy

Did someone say EASY AND CHEAP?

YES. A dollar store vase and foam football combined with hot glue and spray paint - cue the crowd cheering for the parent of the year award (that's for YOU).

Everyone wins when the kids are happy and this easy Super Bowl trophy got all the happy squeels.

Purchase a skinny square vase from the dollar store and a foam football. Grab yourself some silver spray paint, a hot glue gun and let's get started!

Step 1

Hot glue around the top of the vase and press the football down to seal, adding glue as needed.

Step 2

Spray paint. You'll need to get at it from a few different angles so a couple of coats will be great.

Step 3

Print a small NFL logo in black and white, cut it out and glue to the center of the vase. This is where a Cricut machine or sticker maker can come in handy - but I used the old fashioned way and it was super easy.

Step 4

Holding the Spray paint far away, spray a thin, light coat onto and around the logo - just enough to help the edges blend in and look silver.

Step 5

Award your winner!!
