Creative Sparkling Cider Gift Wrap Idea

Ah Sparkling Cider! That crisp, bright taste. We love it! It is a must at every holiday gathering and of course everyone gets their own bottle! Kids and adults look forward to it as a special treat with holiday dinners. Plus it makes the perfect gift.

Easter is upon us and if you have been invited to an Easter dinner, you may be wondering what to bring as a host gift. The perfect option - sparkling cider!

Why sparkling cider makes a great host gift:

  1. It's a non-alcoholic option: While many people enjoy a glass of wine or beer with their meal, not everyone drinks alcohol. Sparkling cider is a great alternative that everyone can enjoy, regardless of their personal preferences.

  2. It's perfect for toasting: holidays are the perfect time to celebrate by raising a glass to toast to good health, happiness, new beginnings, etc.

  3. It's festive for any occasion: holidays, wedding and girls brunches feel cheerful, and sparkling cider fits right in. With its bubbly effervescence and crisp, refreshing flavor, it's a festive addition to any meal.

While there are many ways you can find to decorate a bottle for a gift, today I'm sharing my favorite! It looks stunning, but is SO easy. You can use whatever wrapping paper you have on hand. I've used a simple brown paper I had at home that I use for craft projects. Adding some beautiful ribbon and some artificial floral stems to match the occasion is a nice touch.

How to wrap sparkling cider:

First you'll want to cut a large square of paper. You can fold the paper in half at the diagonal to create a double sided triangle or cut your paper at the diagonal to create the triangle (this will depend on the thickness of your paper).

Measuring just past the point of the triangle, fold the paper back and forth like a fan all the way to the outside point.

Your final result should look something like this:

Next, you'll wrap the flat side around the bottle (cutting any excess off that you don't like) and secure it with tape.

Then bring the fan side in. You can place double sided tape here to secure but the fan will unfold so you will need to additionally secure with twine:

Add ribbon, and artificial stems to your liking and you have a beautiful gift!

Hope you enjoy!

XOXO,

Kimberly Marie
