Cinco De Mayo Charcuterie

I'm not a food blogger, but I love food. I won't give every detail of a childhood memory attached to every photo. I'll keep it simple. Straight to the recipe or idea - with maybe a few childhood memories or motherhood advice sprinkled in here and there.

Do you celebrate Cinco De Mayo?

Here's a quick and easy idea to use as an after school snack or dinner! Make it a whole tablescape like I've done in the photos below or keep to a smaller snack board. The possibilities are endless.

IDEAS & TIPS:

  • Try different types of chips

  • Have a salsa tasting

  • Include tortillas, chicken, and other taco toppings for a full meal

  • Use a disposable table cloth underneath it all so when your done you can fold it up and throw it away

PRODUCTS:

  • Table runner

  • Mini Sombreros

  • Cactus (Inside large cans of refried beans and tomatoes - found at Walmart)

  • Banner
